Insurance, Membership, and Payment Options

We provide estimates based on your insurance information, though final coverage is determined by your provider. Patients are responsible for all charges, and payment is due at the time of service.

No insurance? No problem.

We offer the Equinox Membership Plan, a monthly dental savings plan designed to make preventive care and treatment more affordable. We also partner with third-party financing companies to provide flexible payment options.
