We are in-network with most major dental insurance plans. As a courtesy to our patients, we file insurance claims on your behalf to help maximize your benefits. If your plan is out of network, you can still receive treatment here. We’re happy to work with your insurance and submit claims on your behalf as a courtesy.

Before treatment, we provide estimates based on the insurance information you share with us. Please note that these are estimates only—final coverage decisions are made by your insurance provider, not our office.

It’s important to understand that dental insurance plans vary widely, and coverage depends entirely on your specific policy—not on what treatment is clinically necessary. Insurance companies do not always have your best interests in mind, and what they approve or deny does not determine the quality or importance of your care.

At Equinox Dental, we do not allow insurance to dictate treatment. Dr. Soni recommends care based on your individual oral health needs, clinical findings, and long-term well-being—not insurance limitations.

We also encourage patients to keep their insurance information current. Timely updates help avoid delays, reduce confusion, and allow for faster claim processing.

Your Financial Responsibility

While insurance may help offset costs, patients are ultimately responsible for all charges incurred for services rendered.

Payment is due at the time of service.

Any remaining balance after insurance processing is your responsibility. Our team is happy to review estimated costs and answer questions before treatment begins so there are no surprises.

No Insurance? No Problem.

If you don’t have dental insurance, we offer the Equinox Membership Plan—a monthly dental savings plan designed to help make care more affordable.

Our membership plan includes preventive services and discounts on many treatments for one simple monthly fee. No denials, no pre-authorizations, and no claims review!
